Eswatini International Trade Fair 2019
The 51st edition of the Eswatini International Trade Fair themed “Eswatini Is Open for Business” is to be held at the Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre in Manzini, on the 30th August 2019 to 9th September 2019. Gates will be opened for exhibitors at 8:00am and for the public it will be at 9:00am, and closing time is 6:00pm for public and 7:00pm for exhibitors.
Prospective exhibitors, vendors and the public at large are cordially invited to utilise this trade platform for business purposes as well as first-hand experience.
Eswatini International Trade Fair 2019 Applications
Exhibitors are advised that application forms will be available on the following platforms
- EIPA website – investeswatini.org.sz
- Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre
- EIPA Headquarters
Exhibitors are advised to complete the application form and send it back to eitf@sipa.org.sz or physically submit them to our offices at Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre or EIPA Headquarters.
Application Process
- Complete application form in detail or as required by the form
- Submit application form to eitf@sipa.org.sz or to our offices (Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre and EIPA Headquarters)
- Receive an invoice for payment
- Make payment
- Submit proof of payment to mnisisg@sipa.org.sz for stall allocation
- Receive stand allocation
- Receive exhibitor tags (date to be communicated to your contact person)
- Construction of stands (dates to be communicated to your contact person)

Special Arrangements
Business matchmaking / meetings – these meetings will be arranged upon notification by exhibitors. They help foreign exhibitors with networking with Eswatini based companies of interest. To affirm your interest please contact Ms Sibongile Dlamini on sedlamini@sipa.org.sz
Excursion (foreign exhibitors only) – travel arrangements to attend the Umhlanga / Reed Dance day at the Royal Palace of Ludzidzini; to experience the cultural explosion of the Kingdom please arrange with Ms Nonkululeko Sekatane at sekatanen@sipa.org.sz
Customs Declaration – for customs purposes please be advised that upon entry, the Eswatini Revenue Authority is expecting you to pay provisional tax which is refundable on exit. In case you are not sure of the import procedure; we will email you the specified requirements by the tax authority. For assistance please email Mr Sihle Nkhabindze at nkhabindze@sipa.org.sz
Stand Allocation – allocation of stands for the trade show is done after payment has been made. For stand building and decorating exhibitors are encouraged to stick to the given dates to ensure preparedness for the first date. For assistance please communicate with Mr Sibusiso Mnisi at mnisig@sipa.org.sz
Business Seminars – business seminar space is availed to take place from the 2nd – 6th September at the Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre’s Business Centre from 9:00am to 01:00pm. Interested companies are advised that we have very limited space and admission will be based on first come basis plus the relevance of your topic to the business community. To confirm interest please contact Ms Hlobsile Bhembe at hlobsileb@sipa.org.sz
Distribution of Exhibitor Tags – Exhibitor tags will be distributed (and signed for) to the company’s contact person, and exhibitors or tagged persons must wear them at all time (especially on the official opening day). These tags do not allow you free access to entertainment spaces (Communication will be made for collection date through sms to the contact person of every exhibiting company)
